Products and Pricing

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including shades, finishes, and how to use them. Colours may look slightly different in person than on your screen because of display settings and lighting, so product photos are provided as guidance. Prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or GBP depending on your location and may change at any time without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Eligibility

Product Use and Safety

Velia products are for external cosmetic use on natural nails only. Please read the ingredient list and instructions included with your product before use. We recommend a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, redness, or an allergic reaction. Use the UV cure pen only as directed, avoid pointing it at your eyes, and keep all products out of reach of children.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Results may vary depending on nail condition, preparation, and application. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection or product safety law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania and applicable European Union consumer protection law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
